Clifford's Citation II Completes Certification - Citation SII Nears Certification According To FAA.
The Federal Aviation Administration released a letter stating that the Clifford Citation II modified with Williams International FJ44-3A engines has met all certification requirements and the certification of the Citation SII is anticipated by October 20, 2008.
